My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable with the bonus of a jacuzzi bath. There were plenty of bars and restaurants around, making dining options convenient. However, the room service menu was a bit pricey. The service was top-notch with the waiters always having a smile and being very professional. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being walking distance from the ferry terminal and central bus station. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and overlooked the harbor with a huge bed, located on an upper floor, offering a fabulous view of the bay and distant hills. The service was excellent overall, despite one rude staff member named Pedro. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to the cathedral, restaurants, and bars. The dining experience was good, but with room for improvement on some dishes. Overall, a great base to enjoy Santander and its surroundings.
